Karen joined the Farm Credit Foundations Benefits team in 2013. In her role as a Sr. Benefit Consultant, Karen works with the health and welfare plans as well as the retirement plans with a core focus on the retirement process and financial wellness. Karen is passionate about financial wellness and education, seeking to empower employees and their families with the information they need to build a strong financial future.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and French from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, as well as numerous certifications including the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), and Human Resources Information Professional (HRIP) designations.
