Rebecca Morris Hoeft is known for being a global, innovative, brand builder. Recognized by the likes of Fast Company, Cannes Film Festival and named Most Influential Marketer by Women World Magazine in 2024, Becca is known for growing brands from financial services to technology to film. Most recently she left her Chief Brand Officer role at a national fintech bank and co-host role at NextGen Banker podcast. She has since started the Morris Hoeft Group, a full-service national PR and Marketing firm specializing in fractionalized CMO services and focused on growing purpose driven brands. She is also host of “Is That Cashmere” where each episode addresses questions we wish we would’ve known the answers to when we were younger. As a former AgriBank employee she is thrilled to be “back home” for the FCF HR conference.
