Jamie has been a member of the Farm Credit Foundations HRIS Technology team for 3 years. She has ten years of HR and technology experience, including benefits, payroll, general HR and as a business partner.
She found her passion in HRIS where she can utilize the growing technology and systems to improve efficiencies, deliver on-demand reporting and enhance configuration to drive knowledge base and streamline processes. She provides technical expertise related to Ceridian Dayforce and owns the configuration and deployment within the HCM platform for Farm Credit Foundations and the 30 organizations they support within their single instance. Jamie has a BA in Business Administration, Human Resources.
