Michelle leads technology and innovation for Farm Credit Foundations. She provides oversight in the delivery of payroll operations services and HR technology. With 18 years of Farm Credit experience, she provides strategic leadership in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and technology. She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Management and Marketing, with an emphasis in Human Resources and Administration from Minnesota State University Mankato. She is certified in Prosci Change Management, holds a Business Analysis certificate from the University of MN and has a passion for leveraging technology and improving processes.
