As the chief human resources officer, Angela NaDell is responsible for leading the people strategy that enables GreenStone to be a successful leader in the marketplace and an employer of choice. Her team provides strategic and operational leadership in areas such as talent acquisition, total rewards, learning and organizational development, employee relations, inclusion and belonging, and the overall employee experience.
NaDell provides broad human resource expertise and has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the field. She began her professional journey in 2001 as a human resources coordinator in the automotive industry, and over the course of her career has worked her way up through the ranks holding numerous human resource leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies across several industries. NaDell joined the GreenStone team in March 2024 bringing her past experiences and energy to further strengthen GreenStone’s commitment of having an inclusive work environment focused on high levels of employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
She holds a master’s degree in human resources and employment relations from Penn State University, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Michigan University. On a personal note, NaDell enjoys volunteering in her community, and currently serves as a board member for both the Salvation Army and Aware Shelter in Jackson, Michigan.
