Beth leads the Consulting team in the delivery of HR services to Farm Credit and cooperative organizations. She has more than 25 years of HR leadership and national compensation consulting experience across a range of industries. Beth provides strategic and project leadership to clients and facilitates Board and senior leadership discussions related to compensation and performance management.
She has a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, a BA in Political Science from Luther College, and is a Certified Compensation Professional as well as a Certified Strategic Workforce Planner.
