Recordkeeper Implementation Update
The transition of retirement plan administrators is well under way and meeting the expected timelines for successful implementation with no active risks identified at this time. The 401(k) and Nonqualified Deferred Compensation plans will transition from John Hancock to Voya and the legacy pension plans will transition to Aon.

Reminder on Blackout Dates

Dates employees will have no access to view or take action in their accounts beginning June 30 at 3:00 p.m. (Central). Blackout is expected to be completed the week of July 17.
  • Blackout dates occur to allow time to transfer assets, participant accounts set-up, PIN distribution and significant testing to be completed.
  • Participants will not have access to their information or be able to make transactions until the blackout has been lifted. Once the transition is complete, participants will be able to see their information including the July 14 payroll contributions on the Voya site
  • Information about the transition is available on the HR View and Employee View of farmcreditfoundations.com


Communications

A Transition Newsletter was mailed to the homes of all participants with full details of the transition to Voya. Participants can visit go.voya.com/foundations for all the details about this transition and to learn more about the features available from Voya. Promotional materials provided to HR Partners to support awareness of upcoming change.

  • Reminder postcard to be sent to homes week of June 20
  • Reminder email to be sent week of June 26
  • PIN information will be mailed to each participant the week of July 17
